Please follow these steps when returning an item under our Lifetime Money Back Guarantee:
Pack the item to be returned securely in a package that is fit for shipping
Enclose the original packing list with the item (we recommend that you make a copy to keep in your records). If you do not have your packing list, please include your order number, purchase date, billing name, and address with the item.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

II. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR OTHER ERRORS
You will be refunded the shipping cost, with no return processing fee, if the return is a result of a manufacturer error, a shipping error on our part, or if the item was damaged during shipping.
In the event of a product defect or other manufacturer error, Cell-IQ will replace your product, instead of issuing a refund. You may request a refund instead of a product replacement.
III. SPECIAL OFFERS
CELL-IQ may offer special offers which differ from the default the Store Polcies on a limited basis. In such instances, the terms of the special offer will override any conflicting terms in our Store Policies. While special offers may alter the Store Policies with regard to that offer, they cannot alter the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy of the Site.

X. WAIVER
Failure of the Company in any instance to enforce any of its rights contained in these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of those rights, and the Company reserves the right to enforce its rights when and how it chooses consistent with these Terms of Use and any applicable laws.
